Home of the Needles Chairlift. Along with Alum Bay Glass and the Needles Pleasure Cruise, previously mentioned, Alum Bay also has the sand filling shop, children’s corner with bumper car rides, Super X and Vision 180 simulators. * The minimum age for children to travel alone on the chairlift is 10. Every child under 10 years old must be accompanied by a person aged 14 or over.

Every year hundreds of school parties from across the country visit Blackgang Chine. Children's imagination runs wild as they enjoy the many themed areas around the park. St. Catherine's Quay exhibition & the Sawmill illustrate the life and times of the Island coastal life in times gone by, as well as tells the story about the local continuing landslips.
